So far so good. Build quality seems solid, comes with nice accessories as well. Cells are very well balanced after a few charge/discharge cycles although I've had a few Cell Over Voltage protections as it approaches 100% SOC. I'd give 5 stars but customer service could be better. They do respond to emails but don't provide thorough answers to questions.

I am very impressed with the product. I am very impressed with the packaging. I highly recommend this product. I’m impressed with the delivery time. Overall impression is a10 star out of 10 stars. I really honestly truly 100% can’t wait to buy two more. I actually am a verified user and I am using these batteries and I’m extremely happy with everything provided with them and the solidity of them. They are absolutely solid product. I don’t think that I will buy any other batteries except these ones from this point forward. I am a new user of solar and solar batteries but now that I have these, I have definitely set to continue using only these batteries!!!

Batteries arrived in perfect condition packaged very well to protect them during shipping. Very good instruction manual made set up quick and easy. Product quality appears very good and they are working great connected to my hybrid inverter/charger.
